Local news for Haverhill, MA. Thief leaving cars sitting on their rotors in the street. Thief is now up to 15 successfully stolen wheels... must know what he's doing, because that means each wheel is worth $10,000 according to this reporter and some advanced math. And the TV version of this story showed "expensive" cars like a Honda Accord.

Could be those ridiculous "dub"/"donk"/"bling" wheels, apparently those are pricey but I'm not sure 10k$ per wheel expensive.
